We offer private duty nursing for children and adults through the GAPP Program. We offer care for: ventilator dependencies, tracheostomies, IV therapies, tube feedings, wound care, colostomy care, neurological disorders, respiratory diseases/disorders, transplants, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine diseases/disorders, IDD individuals, quadriplegic/paraplegic, cardiac defects and other complex needs.

Our CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) assist medically fragile children and adults with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meals and housekeeping around the clock or whenever you need it. Services include: assistance with daily living activities (bathing, meals and housekeeping), and assistance with ambulation, transfers and more.

Heavenly Global Healthcare Pediatrics care team members include:

• Registered nurses
• Licensed practical nurses
• Home health aides

We follow state and company Hiring Requirements for Employees.
24-hour clinical support. Clients and their care team have access to a 24-hour clinical support team member from their local office should any questions or concerns arise. Each Heavenly Global Healthcare caregiver — nurses and home health aides — also has a clinical manager who provides ongoing mentoring and support.

Heavenly Global Health Care coordinator comes out to meet with the family or case manager to complete initial paper work.

• Sign Consent to obtain medical records
• Gather Initial qualifying criteria.
• Qualifying documents are sent to GAPP for approval
• The GAPP Decision Team determines eligibility
• GAPP and Heavenly Global Healthcare contacts family with decision
• Home or Nursing Care starts with clients based on approval.
• It takes 30 to 60 days to go through the approval process. Once approved, client will start receiving care immediately.
